IMP NOTIFICATIONS

MP TET always conducted by Madhya Pradesh Government and Department of School Education, and all the guidelines rules and regulation and many more thing handled byNCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) candidates only can apply online there is no other mode available

Candidates must know that this examination always take place in two categories that areLower Primary and Upper Primary. Lower Primary for those who want to teach Class 1st to 5th and Upper Primary to those who want to teach Class 6th to 8th.

Eligibility and Examination Pattern

For Lower Primary

Candidates must have these eligibilities to appear in examination. A candidate must possess senior secondary with 45% minimum with appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.ED.) or passed/appearing 4 year of Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.E.Ed.) or passed/appearing 2year diploma in Education in Special Education.

For Upper Primary

Candidates have these qualification are said to eligible to appear in examination. A candidate must own these, BA/BSC with least of 45% marks or passed/appearing in B.ED. or senior secondary with at least 50% marks with passed/appearing in final year 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or 4 year of BA/ BSC.ED /B.A.(ED.)/B.SC. (ED.)/B.ED. (Special Education) with 50% minimum.

2 Language I 30 Questions 30 Marks
3 Language II 30 Questions 30 Marks
4 Mathematics 30 Questions 30 Marks
5 Environmental Studies 30 Questions 30 Marks
Total 150 Questions 150 Marks

Questions are MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) with four options to choose

Duration is of 1 Hour and 30 Minutes

Upper Primary

1 Child Development & Pedagogy 30 Questions 30 Marks
2 Language I 30 Questions 30 Marks
3 Language II 30 Questions 30 Marks
4 These Subjects are Optional
(A) Mathematics and Science 60 Questions 30 Marks
(B) Social Studies and Social Science
Total 150 Questions 150 Marks

Questions are MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) with four options to choose also the fourth subject is optional students and Candidates have their own proficiency in subjects can choose from those.

Duration is of 1 Hour and 30 Minutes

Passing Criteria

Candidates need to score 60% or above to be treated as MP TET qualified candidates will be rewarded as MPTET Certificate which is valid for 7 years
